These roof cross bar support letter overlays are designed to fit 2021–2025 Ford Bronco models and are proudly made in the USA using high-quality materials built for long-term durability. Sold as a 6-piece kit, each overlay installs directly onto the raised lettering on the rear roof cross bar, adding a clean, customized exterior accent while helping protect the factory surface. Pre-applied 3M automotive-grade adhesive ensures a secure bond and a simple, drill-free installation.
The domed option features a raised 4mm profile and a durable three-layer construction engineered to withstand all weather conditions. This includes a UV-resistant, scratch-resistant high-gloss resin top layer, a variety of substrate options such as real carbon fiber, chrome, camouflage, and factory color-matched materials, and a strong 3M adhesive backing for long-lasting hold. The only exception is real raw carbon fiber, which features a raised 1mm profile. Installation can be completed in approximately 5 minutes with proper surface preparation; access to this area requires removal of the soft top.
